We will recommend what tier we think you would benefit from based on seeing the size of your school and the complexity of the existing site. For most smaller schools, the basic option should be what you need to send you on your way.

We take your existing content and put it on a modern website management platform. Inline with your brand, we modernize the design and architecture of your website. We streamline the user experience and ensure information is placed strategically. Your site will load quickly and work on all screens. We will leave you with a well documented site that you know how to use.

Beyond modernizing the design and architecture of your site, we use our own AI tools to upgrade your copy, imagery, and feel. We integrate basic tools like Calendly and Typeform into your existing enrollment flow depending on your needs. We install free analytics and can scaffold reports for you. We will leave you with a well documented site that you know how to use.

LEVEL 3+
Every school has different levels of complexity. If you have a specific problem to tackle versus needing the whole package, we can certainly work out the right price. Larger school systems with high enrollment or multiple interlinking websites are instances that likely need custom attention. We’ll agree on price and the feature list prior. No surprises.
Enrollment Automation
The complexity of our work depends on your volume and your goals for scaling. A microschool has different needs than a large high school. We’ll review your needs and clearly outline what makes sense to build. If you have a system you equate to spaghetti it’s probably best to start over.

We’ll take a look at your process, your ideas, and map out how we think you should improve it. We’ll include the tools we recommend you use and draw out a process diagram for you. We’ll include learning resources and pricing estimates based on the tools recommended.

Jump right in. We’ll do the consult and build. Depending on your needs we can setup the following: online application form, email automation, interview and tour booking, CRM, online tuition payment, online form access for secondary forms, online support request funnel, and other options.
This option is for smaller schools who have minimal existing automation setup. A list of features that will be deployed is agreed upon prior to payment.

Anything that involves tweaking your existing system or unwinding a Rube Goldberg machine we’ll have to discuss in more depth prior to deciding on an amount. Again, we’re here to simplify your life and not to upsell so tell us what you need to do for your pipeline and we’ll come up with a fair deal once we make sure we can meet your needs.

Provide your input up front and then you don’t need to be heavily involved. We always welcome input but are capable of rebuilding your site independently to let you focus on your real priorities.
Enrollment pipeline automations will require more in-depth collaboration at the beginning since it is critical to build processes that are improvements to your existing workflows.

Yes! This service would be useless if you couldn’t update your site after our work is done. We will provide easy-to-reference Loom videos on how your site is built and how to edit it. We will also walk you through how to use the website during our review session.

It depends. The goal of this is to simplify administration of your site. If it means sticking with the modern website builder you already have then we’ll do it! If you have a Wordpress implementation from the early 2000s then no, it likely is faster to rebuild it entirely. A good CMS is critical.

We strive to be as straightforward with our process and pricing as possible. Our contract cost will always be what we agree upon prior to starting, as well as the cost of the tools we recommend you maintain use of. We will not sign you up for any services without your permission prior to building. Most websites cost less than $20 per month to host and many additional tools are free at the scale that you’ll likely be using them.

The purpose of this site is to concisely display the services that we offer. School websites should certainly include imagery of their students but we are not a school website. Your updated site will certainly have smiling faces!

No problem. We treat this the same a rebuild since many times we completely scrap the existing site structure either way.

We’re just getting started! At a standard contracting rate we bill about 5x what our pricing is here but our goal here is more philanthropic than profit. We do need to keep the lights on but for now our prices are as listed.
